Investment Strategy

At Atlantic, we invest in middle-market businesses with $3 million to $10 million in EBITDA. We seek companies with low capital cost economic models, EBITDA margins greater than 20%, and high free cash flow. We focus on financial services, but will consider oppportunities with other business services if the above criteria are present.

 

We prefer to back existing management teams. We are comfortable with transactions that afford liquidity to current owners and managers who want to stay with the company folllowing a sale or recap.
